This page explains what happens to the information you submit through the "Bring us a hard problem" form on this site.

What we collect

When you submit the form, we collect the information you provide — your name, work email, company and role, industry, and your description of the workflow, its current handling, the cost of getting it wrong, and what you can bring to the venture — along with basic technical details such as the page you submitted from and the time of submission.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to evaluate whether the opportunity fits the Mind Bureau venture thesis and to respond to you. We do not use it for advertising or for any unrelated marketing.

Do we sell it

No. Your information is not sold, and it is not added to a marketing list.

Who processes it

Your submission is delivered to Mind Bureau by email. It may pass through our email delivery provider — a technical vendor used only to transmit the message, which does not use your information for its own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to them, and no longer than 24 months.

Requesting deletion

To request that we delete your information, email us at hello@mindbureau.ai and we will remove it.
